Membership Reservations
Please carefully review the following information before making your reservations.
Thank you for supporting Lotusland as a member! Please keep in mind, advance reservations are required for all member visits and events and can be made online at lotusland.org/reservations. Availability is not guaranteed and is contingent on daily and annual capacity.
If you would like to book a reservation using guest passes, please call the Reservations Office at 805.969.9990 for assistance. Your reservation is valid once you receive a confirmation email with a reservation number.
We kindly ask that members complete their own reservations and do not book on behalf of other members or allow someone else to use their memberships. Members must be present to use their reservations.
Supporter, Dual, Family, and Friend & Family level members receive half-price admission on all standard visits. Special ticketed events are not included in this pricing.

Digital Membership
Card and ID
To view your Member ID, download Lotusland’s digital membership card to your Apple/Android wallet. Once downloaded, your Member ID can be found under your QR code.
If you need your digital membership card resent please contact the Membership Office at 805.969.3767 ext. 115.
How to
Book Online
Step 1: Log in using your Member ID or email. Please note adding a membership will not renew your membership, this is only for new membership purchases.
Step 2: Member pricing will be indicated by a star. You must have a current membership to receive member pricing. Do not forget to add your complimentary vehicle.
Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations made with:
- At least a 48-hour notice can be cancelled, rescheduled or modified. A rescheduled date is required at the time of cancellation (otherwise it is not guaranteed) and will be based on availability in the current season. No roll-overs into the next season are permitted.
- Cancelled, rescheduled, or modified reservations with less than a 48-hour notice or needing to be rescheduled more than 3 times will result in a forfeited reservation (no refunds, no reschedules). Lotusland is open rain or shine, therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to weather.
