Nature restores us and promotes a sense of well-being. Join us for an opportunity to engage with nature and experience the Garden with a fresh perspective. We encourage participants to make an additional reservation for the afternoon tour to extend the Garden experience.

Active Stretching improves range of motion and strengthens muscle groups while protecting joints.  This class blends yoga, dynamic movement and Chinese meridian lines associated with major muscle groups in the legs, arms and torso. By contracting muscles as they are lengthened this technique works with Chinese meridian lines an energetic road map of your body to promote active movement to maintain flexibility, mobility and strength.

KAT CONNORS-LONGO

Kat, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, is a certified yoga therapist with over 24 years of teaching experience. Her great JOY is inviting her students to explore living more fully in their bodies and their lives; encouraging empowerment and connection to their innate wisdom. Kat provides a safe compassionate environment, a strong foundation and a healing touch. She is deeply committed to a mindful, dynamic, multidimensional approach to yoga integrating body, mind, emotion and spirit as well as guiding students to embrace themselves fully.
